I believe
that in this quote what Thomas S. Monson meant in his quote “Our very business
in life is not to get ahead of others… but to get ahead of ourselves.” Is that our
purpose every day is not to compete with other people but to compete with
ourselves and our accomplishments that we know we can do better next time.
