Cardiologist
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Cardiologists are
physicians who have received additional training to prevent, diagnose and treat
conditions of the cardiovascular system, which includes the heart and the
body's blood vessels.
Salary:
$532,000 annually
Education:
Physicians must
graduate from medical school, complete a residency and become board-certified
in internal medicine, and then complete a fellowship in cardiology.
Cardiologist residencies last up to three years, and fellowships are a minimum
of three years, making up to six years of training after medical school.
Reflection:
I wouldn’t like to be
a cardiologist because I believe that majority of people on earth have heart
problems so it a lot of responsibilities. Also I wouldn’t like to be one because
I don’t think it’s interesting.
