The duty of a yoga
therapist is to keep their clients healthy, flexible, and safe. They must make
sure that the poses instructed to do are done safely and correctly without injury.

Education:
Integrative yoga
training requires a 200- hour basic certification program that allows a
graduate to teach yoga. A professional certification takes 500 hours but allows
you to open up a private practice.
Reflection: I wouldn’t like to become a yoga therapist because
it looks complicated and hard especially because you have to pay close
attention to the way people do their poses so they won’t get hurt.
