Health Information Specialists are in charge of ensuring the accuracy of the patient’s medical records and protecting the privacy.

$37,710 annually

Education:

To become a Health Information Specialist you must complete an associate's degree or bachelor's degree through a school accredited by CAHIIM and you need to be familiar with basic medical vocabulary and insurance coding techniques

Reflection:

I wouldn’t like to be a Health Information Specialist because it doesn’t call my attention.
