I believe that this statement is true because the
best way for you to predict something is for you to make sure that you create
the events leading up to your prediction. For example if you want to predict
that in your future you want to go to college and graduate to be a teacher you
have to create it by going to High school graduating and making sure you get
accepted into college and then you have to make sure you get good grades to
graduate and become a teacher.
